This friend's is how a manga is made! Lone Wolf and Cub is so well written that it has made people from around the world take notice! The author Kazuo Koike writes a splendid tale of a man whose soul motivation to life is revenge. His way of writing just sucks you in and doesn’t let go till the last pages has been read then you’re sitting there wanting more and kicking yourself for not buying the next volume! The art work by Goseki Kojima is outstanding! The action panels don’t feel rushed or busy but have this flow about them that it’s hard to describe. I guess smooth would be a good word to use but it’s more than smooth its SS smooth. He puts great detail into each page and could almost tell the story of Ogami without the use of words. There are some panels that could be hung in an art museum that’s how good they are!
The story is complex and has a very detailed history about the Japanese Tokugawa Shogunate. It is very engaging and extremely epic. Honestly my words cannot do this manga justice to how good it is. It is just jaw dropping how good this is.  But don’t just take my word for it go out and pick up a copy and start reading what has truly become one of my favorite manga of all time. You can thank me later! Otakustew.net gives Lone Wolf and Cub a…
Five out of Five Stars...

Lone Wolf and Cub is by far one of the best manga I have ever gotten my hands on and I have only read the first three volumes that Dark Horse Comics has released. I will be buying all 28 volumes soon as I can because this manga is worth every dollar I spend on it! Just brilliant, absolutely brilliant!
