BLOG: Fitness Otaku Reborn!

Hello everyone,

So if you have been following along you are aware that I have decided to take control of my life and my health and let me tell you friends it is paying off! I recently joined a gym and have been going 4-5 times a week busting my butt on the treadmill and lifting weights. This has caused me to drop 12lbs and feel amazing! I’ve also dropped a pants size and I’m now wearing a size 36! I am doing all this by myself with no life coach no dietitian and no one to go to the gym with. If you want change in your life you have to do it yourself, no one can do it for you!

Along with the weight loss and exercise I have quit my tobacco use as well! It was surprisingly easy to do, I just set my mind to it and I was done. If I get a craving I pop in a piece of regular chewing gum and forget all about it. It has been two weeks today since I quit and on top of everything else this is the best I’ve felt in 10 years. I hope this helps some of you who are struggling with things in life like weight issues. All it takes is some motivation and determination to start down the path of reaching your goals. If you need help getting started or just want someone to talk to about it feel free to contact me and I will help in whatever way I can. You are not alone and asking for help is a great step in the right direction! I will continue to keep you all posted on my progress and I will do my best to help anyone out who needs it!
