REVIEW: Toradora!

Toradora!

Directed by: Tatsuyuki Nagai

Studio: J.C. Staff

Genre: Romantic Comedy

Episodes: 25

Synopsis:

It's a new school year and Ryuuji Takasu discovers that not only is he in the same class as his best friend, Yuusaku Kitamura, but also Minori Kushieda whom he's had an undisclosed crush on for quite some time. Along with the two of them comes the “Palmtop Tiger”, tiny Taiga Aisaka and Minori's best friend. Despite her small stature, Taiga takes nothing from anybody and is secretly in love with Kitamura. Ryuuji and Taiga, despite their oil and water relationship, agree to mutually support each other in their quests for their hearts' desire.

Review:

I’m so mad at myself that it took me this long to watch Toradora. Sometimes a great show slips by me and it takes me awhile to catch it and Toradora is a fantastic show! The relationship between Ryuuji and Taiga is so adorable and sweet it’s ridiculous. This is the kind of show I absolutely love; it’s very funny, sometimes really serious and gripping and at other times is completely off the wall. There is great character development and the story is one of the best that I have ever seen. Toradora is the kind of anime I honestly wish there was more of. If there was more anime with the quality of Toradora I would have more hope for the future of my fandom.

I didn’t want it to end after twenty five episodes, I wanted to see how the relationships and friendships carried out over time but at the same time I was very satisfied with how the show ended. I’m so glad I finally watched Toradora and even though I missed out on it while it was being broadcasted I’m kind of glad I did because I was able to watch every episode in two days on Crunchy Roll because I had missed out. I cannot even begin to put into words how much I loved this show and my crappy writing skill does it no justice so OtakuStew.net gives Toradora!…

Five out of Five stars...
This show is an absolute must watch for anyone who loves romantic comedies or just great anime in general. Do yourself a favor and watch Toradora! as soon as you can!
